4.1 Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet entered processing or production. Please be aware:
• Processing often begins shortly after an order is placed, so cancellations are not guaranteed.
• Once an order is being prepared (e.g. personalised or engraved) or has been shipped, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Anirea.com ships internationally. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout and are indicative only. We do not guarantee specific delivery dates. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country's authorities.
5.1 Late Items & Shipping Delays
• You may cancel your order if the item has not yet been dispatched. Contact us at Anirea.com@gmail.com to request cancellation.
• Once the item has left our shipping facility, we can no longer cancel the shipment. You must receive the item and initiate the returns procedure if required.
• We cannot process a cancellation or refund until the item is returned and received at our returns facility.
5.2 Missing Packages (In Transit)
If your item is missing or significantly delayed (over 5 weeks in transit), please contact us at Anirea.com@gmail.com. We will prioritise resolving the issue and arrange a replacement where applicable.
5.3 Lost or Stolen Packages
Anirea.com is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after a delivery confirmation has been recorded by the carrier. If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend contacting your local shipping carrier and filing a police report if theft is suspected. We are unable to issue refunds for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

6.1 Manufacturing Errors & Damaged Items
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at Anirea.com@gmail.com with photographic evidence. We will arrange a free replacement. Damage reported after 2 days of delivery will be considered customer-caused and will not be covered under this policy.
6.2 Non-Returnable Items
• Customised or personalised products.
• Items returned without prior authorisation from our support team.
• Items reported as damaged more than 3 days after delivery.
• Items not in their original, unused condition.
